
Terms & Conditions
By Purchasing a Heavenly Bloom Acres CSA/Subscription, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the recipient.
I understand that by buying a flower subscription (in person or online), my spot has been reserved for me in this years flower CSA. There are no refunds for cancellation of my flower CSA after it has been purchased. Subscribers may transfer their flower CSA to different person.
If gifting a flower CSA, I must provide the recipient with the information on how to get Heavenly Bloom Acres their name and email address for confirmation emails. Information from recipient can be sent to nicole@heavenlybloomacres.com.
Seasonal Subscriptions
I understand that Heavenly Bloom Acres has the right to change pick up/delivery date, based on external factors such as weather and crop bloom times. I am aware that Heavenly Bloom Acres will email me with updates and reminders, and it is recipients responsibility to inform the farmer if I am not receiving communications within two weeks from the start of the subscription date. I understand I MUST add nicole@heavenlybloomacres.com to my contact list, in addition to ensuring Heavenly Bloom Acres emails are not being sent into the spam/promotions folders. This will prevent from missing emails about your subscriptions.
Flower Pick Up/Delivery
I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my flower bouquets at the location designated and at the time frame provided. I understand that if I am needing to miss a pick up, I can have a friend pick it up for me (or give one pick up to a friend; they like flowers too!), or I forfeit that bouquet for the week. I understand that if I have my bouquets delivered, Heavenly Bloom Acres will deliver my bouquets. I understand that if I won’t be available on the delivery date/time, I will communicate with Heavenly Bloom Acres to ensure the health of my bouquet. Heavenly Bloom Acres will email me to ensure I understand when the bouquets will be delivered.
Rewards & Risks of farming
I understand that as a member of a CSA, I know that there are rewards and risks with farming. I understand that the rewards are stunning, fresh, high quality, local flowers, and the risks are acts of God that cannot be controlled by the farmer that cause unfavorable harvests. I understand that any act of God: floods, hail, severe wet seasons, extreme pest problems, etc could result in a small or non-existent harvest could impact my CSA share for the year. With that stated, Heavenly Bloom Acres does all that it can in ensuring you receive your stunning bouquet CSA each week. If there are any acts of God that prevent the season of subscriptions to happen, Heavenly Bloom Acres will communicate with the member, and roll the subscription/CSA over to the next following year.
Flower Care
I understand that flowers are a perishable product, with a variating vase life of anywhere from 3-9+ day vase life. Heavenly Bloom Acres provides flower care instructions with bouquet subscriptions. I understand that all flowers have been picked at peak times and that each flower has a different vase life, depending on care. Heavenly Bloom Acres will not be held responsible for poor vase life or flower quality due to improper flower care once I receive my flowers.
I understand that I need to notify Heavenly bloom Acres at nicole@heavenlybloomacres.com if I do not receive a receipt upon purchase or update emails on when my flower shares within a week of start date for the subscription.
