At Heavenly Bloom Acres, we focus on a small number of weddings during the season to give our couples special care, attention, and our full creativity.

OUR PROCESS

Here is how our process works:

6-12 months prior to the wedding:

PLAN A BUDGET

We give a rough starting point on our Wedding Budget page. This is just a starting point to help you understand the costs of each item.

GET INSPIRATION

Look at Pinterest, Instagram, and our gallery to get ideas of what style and look you are wanting on your special wedding day. It’s equally important to know what you do not like.

CONTACT US TO SCHEDULE THE INITIAL PHONE CALL

During our conversation, we will discuss your vision, style, and flowers that will fit your budget. We will also discuss a rough estimate of pricing. You can send us your inspiration photos (dress colors, venue photos, wedding theme colors, etc.) You need to have venue booked.

CONTRACT SIGNED/BOOK YOUR DATE

After you’ve had time to ensure Heavenly Bloom Acres is a good fit to bring your dream wedding style to life, it’s time to officially book!

3-5 months prior to the wedding date:

FINALIZE FLOWER CHOICES AND DESIGN

This is the time to finalize the look you want for. This is when you have decided your color palette, and the specific blooms you want. Consider bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, arch florals, and reception area flowers. This is when we will make sure every detail has been assessed.

CREATE A LAYOUT PLAN WITH US

This is when we will make a venue layout map with a plan of exactly where the arrangements you ordered will be placed. You can still make adjustments to what flowers you’d like for your wedding as you begin to plan the venue. Think of places where you’d like to fill in any gaps.

1-2 months prior to the wedding date:

FINAL CHECK-IN

This is the time to make any last minute head count changes. We will confirm the timeline for the big day. This is also the time to give us a point of contact person contact information to us. After the final check-in, we will be ordering all that we need to ensure your wedding day is all you dreamed it to be.
